Two-light flush mount with white acrylic diffuser mounts to baked enamel ceiling pan. Twist on installation with a single locking thumb screw. UL approved for damp locations. Rapid start 120V NPF ballast. Ceiling or wall mount. ADA compliant when wall mounted. Uses one FC12T9 32W and one FC8T9 22W lamps.
